Changing your order

We can’t exchange personlised items of any kind.

If you are looking to exchange one of our products, please contact us as soon as possible! We will do our best to stop the order and make the needed changes but please understand that sometimes orders can’t be stopped once they have processed in the printing center. Please email or phone 082 088 4104 between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday to Friday.

In the event we are unable to stop the order, we will gladly help you place the correct order and provide you all the details you need to return the item that was ordered incorrectly.

We’ll make it as easy as possible.

Order Confirmation

Each order is confirmed to the email address you provide to us when the order is placed.

Please double check the confirmation email to verify your shipping address and order details.
If you did not receive an email confirmation, make sure you try any alternate email addresses you may have.

Check your SPAM folder in the event the email did not get past your SPAM filter.

If you still can’t find the order confirmation please let us know via email or phone 082 088 4104 between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday to Friday.

Returns Policy

Return or Exchange Policy

At Lulu Designs, we pride ourselves in our Customer Satisfaction. Goods may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered. If the Goods are defective in any way this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the product having been delivered to you and must be returned to us within a period of 7 days after delivery. If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage must also be immediately reported, within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly exchange your product, or give you a full refund (excluding the shipping cost), whichever you prefer.

Refund Process

We can’t exchange personlised items of any kind.
As soon as your returned item is inspected and processed (this normally happens within 2 to 3 business days), we will process your refund. We will issue the refund back to appropriate account based on the original method of payment. Please understand that it may take 5 to 7 business days for the bank to process the credit to your account.

Production Timeframes

Once you place your custom printed order, we jump into action.

Due to the fact that we offer a range of different products, we have to co-ordinate our suppliers. They all have their own rules. So whilst we do our best to co-ordinate everybody, this does take time.

So as to not disappoint you, our delivery time of our products is 10 – 15 working days from proof of payment.
